o You purchase an oven broom with metal scraper

o Made of natural-fiber assembly, wood and metal scraper.

o CAUTION: the bristles can withstand approx. 250-300°C in a wood-burning oven with warm ash, but handle quickly and do not stay in the oven for a long time, and also dip the broom in a bucket of water more often. But beyond that we do not give any guarantee, from about 300°C hot ember and fire it becomes dangerous for the wood and the bristles, with such great heat we assume that the broom and the wood will be damaged (caution: fire hazard!). Cleaning: clean the broom with water but DO NOT leave it in the water, then air dry.
