o About the manufacturer: The small country family butchery from Schömberg is an EU-certified company and is located south of the Black Forest, founded and managed by butcher master Robert Ruof, who is responsible for the complete sausage production. The animals grow on a farm in the immediate vicinity and the master personally maintains a regular contact with the farmer. After the slaughter, the specialties are produced in their own butcher's rooms and lovingly packaged, tagged and locally sold by Mrs. Ruof in the small shop. Butcher shop and sales shop are located in the same house, so all paths are short, controllable and traceable. Metzgermeister Ruof produces in traditional craftsmanship, his great experience enables quality you will taste.
