o Your own small mill for your home - quickly, easily and safely.

o What can be milled:
- cereals: wheat, spelt,unripe spelt grain, rye, barley, buckwheat, millet, rice, oats, quinoa
- all dried herbs, spices and well as mushrooms.
- Oil seeds: linseed, sesame, poppy, and soy (grind oily seedy only at a medium setting)
- also suitable for coffee beans, but we recommend a permanent use as a coffee mill, because the coffee air strongly adheres to the parts and when changing to grain would distort the taste.
- NOT suitable for corn, nuts, almonds.
- NOT suitable for flaking, crushing (we recommend our special flake attachment No. 11001)

o The grinder is infinitely adjustable from fine to coarse.

o The distance between the grinding ring and the grinding cone can be regulated.

o Made of robust plastic and hardened steel

o The funnel content is 1250 g.

o Power / capacity: approx. 60g per minute with manual drive (rule of thumb 1 rotation = 1 second = 1 g); approx. 100-120g per minute with electric drive depending on the kitchen machine.

o Cleaning and Care: Use a few simple steps to simply disassemble the item, clean the parts and then reassemble it easily. For detailed instructions, please refer to the enclosed conditions manual.
